Sophie Song

After working as a nurse for 16 years in China, Sophie moved to Canada and decided to apply her extensive medical knowledge to the study of Massage Therapy. In 2011, she studied Acupuncture at the same school and became registered to practice in Canada.

Prior to enrolling for her Massage Therapy program in Canada, Sophie was trained in Chinese Massage techniques in China, and remained there to practise for a year to further develop her skill set.

 

As a Registered Massage Therapist, Sophie’s training now includes Swedish and Chinese massage techniques, hot stone therapy, traditional Chinese cupping, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, and foot reflexology. Sophie’s extensive experience in the medical field as a nurse, as well as her training in both Eastern and Western philosophy and techniques, provide her with an uncommonly broad skill set and uniquely qualify her with the knowledge and experience to handle any problem our patients may be experiencing.
